Weddings at Waltham Village Hall

Our bespoke wedding packages will ensure everything runs smoothly and you get exactly what you require on your special day. Prices based on 100 guests, additional guests charged at a supplement.

Silver Package - £2,150

•      Exclusive use of the hall from 12pm Friday until 12pm Sunday

•     Full clean down at night by our team and in the morning 

•     Crockery

•     Cutlery

•     Glassware

•     Tables & Chairs

•     3 Staff from 2pm - Midnight (any extra hours will be charged accordingly)

•     Wedding Coordinator

Gold Package - £2,450

As the Silver Package above plus:

•     Welcome Drinks

•     Table Cloths

•     P.A. System

•     Tea & Coffee Station

•     Set up support (not full set up)

Platinum Package - £2,950

Everything from the Silver and Gold Packages plus:

•     Toast drink of Prosecco

•     2 bottles of wine per table (based 10 per table)

•     Chair covers and sash

There is a damage deposit of £150 taken, this is due with final payment and returned after the wedding day.

There are plenty of fantastic local accommodation options nearby.

The Village has its own Church - St Mary Magdalene which can be made available for the Ceremony subject to certain conditions set down by the Diocese. (please ask us for iinformation).

who we allow to erect marquees within the hall.

The Belvoir Flower Studio – based in Waltham, Belvoir Flower Studio offers creations from the simplest buttonhole, to the most extravagant arch. All designs are tailored 

and unique to your wedding and owner Helen, offers a free consultation at her studio in the village, or can meet you at the hall to discuss requirements.
