Pricing Guidelines

The prices below are provided as a guide for budgeting purposes only.

HIRE RATES

Some room hire rates vary depending on the time of use:

• Off-Peak: Monday–Friday, up to 6:00pm
• Peak: Monday–Friday after 6:00pm and all day at weekends

Local Discount:

Non-commercial hirers with a Waltham on the Wolds postcode benefit from:

• Off-Peak rates at any time or
• 20% off party rates, regardless of event timing

Parties

Entire Hall, Kitchen & Bar (staffed)
(Excludes Youth Wing)

• 6 hours – £400
• Cleaning included

Day Events

Children’s Parties, Christenings, Baby Showers, Wakes

• Entire Hall & Kitchen (Excludes Youth Wing)
  • 4 hours – £150
  • Additional hours – £40 per hour

Bar Hire:

Available for any event, includes two members of staff – £26 per hour

Room Hire Rates

Main Hall

• Peak: £22 per hour
• Off-Peak: £16 per hour

Small Hall (Harry Hunt Room)

• Peak: £18 per hour
• Off-Peak: £14.50 per hour

Small Meeting Room & Mezzanine

• £12 per hour

Youth Wing

• Peak: £14 per hour
• Off-Peak: £12 per hour

Kitchen Hire

• £35 per booking

Entire Hall & Kitchen (Excludes Youth Wing)

• £50 per hour

REDUCED RATES ARE AVAILABLE FOR THOSE MEMBERS OF OUR COMMUNITY

WHO VOLUNTEER THEIR TIME TO HELP RUN THE HALL AND PROVIDE ACTIVITIES
