Standard Basic Hire Charges

Effective from 1/1/2012

 

	Daytime Mon - Fri (9am – 6pm)	Evenings  & weekends
Main Hall	£12 per hour	£18 per hour
Harry Hunt room	£10.50 per hour	£15 per hour
Scout & Youth Area	£8.00 per hour	£10.00 per hour
Small meeting room	£8.00 per hour	£8.00 per hour
Kitchen	Included with any booking for light use but may be on a shared basis. Full catering use will incur extra charges.

 

Weddings

The whole building is available for hire for the whole day and includes preparation time the day before and after the event.  Price on application depending on what facilities are required. A bar can also be organised.

 

Notes:

●      Please be aware that the fields at the rear of the hall are not part of the village hall premises and are controlled by the Village Playing Fields Committee.

●      Only whole hours normally charged. Start times can be on the half hour. Set-up time not normally allowed.

●      Bouncy Castles can only be used with express permission and may attract an extra insurance charge

●      Local non profit clubs may attract preferential rates
